The Tennessee Valley Fair awards 10 scholarships annually to local high school students.

Students eligible for the competition scholarships must compete in the following competitions: Beef Show, Rabbit Show, Congressional Medal of Honor (CMOH) Photography, Congressional Medal of Honor (CMOH) Student Art, Best of Show Student Art, and Fairest of the Fair.

Dwight Kessel Leadership Scholarship: The Tennessee Valley Fair Foundation is offering the Dwight Kessel Leadership Scholarship again in 2024. This scholarship is a one-time $1,000 award presented to one graduating senior from East Tennessee. This scholarship is funded by the Tennessee Valley Fair Foundation and is made possible thanks to the gracious contributions of many individuals and companies that support it!
